Die enge Zusammenarbeit mit den besten Downhill-Fahrern der Welt hat es TRP ermöglicht, ein Bremssystem mit höchster Performance zu entwickeln. Mit der brandneuen Trail EVO wollten wir gezielt auf die Anforderungen moderner Mountainbikes eingehen. Gerade E-MTBs bringen durch Motor und Akku mehr Gewicht und Geschwindigkeit auf den Trail – und damit auch mehr Hitze in die Bremsanlage.
Die Trail EVO vereint neueste Bremstechnologie mit bewährten Entwicklungen aus dem World-Cup-Downhill-Einsatz. Das Ergebnis ist keine einfache Umbenennung einer Downhill-Bremse, sondern ein speziell abgestimmtes System, das den einzigartigen Anforderungen aktueller Trail- und E-Mountainbikes gerecht wird.

I've been riding with these brakes over the past year and have nothing but praise. These are powerful and predictable. Modulation is excellent and the thing I appreciate most living in a place where trail surfaces are usually 'loose over hard.'
I have been riding these brakes for 2 seasons and have had a great experience w/ them. Set up was easy and the maintenance has been minimal. I have bled them once just to keep the mineral oil fresh and clean. Great power. I weigh 220lbs and have never felt underpowered on these brakes. I run a 200/180mm rotor setup.
Small gripe I have with them is the reach doesn't go quite as far in as I prefer. I like my brake levers running close to my bar. I would say most people won't have an issue with how close the lever reach can be adjusted in towards the bar. I got used to it within a couple minutes of riding. I have ridden the DHR Evo and the reach adjust does go in further than the Trail Evo does. Had I known this I probably would have paid a bit more and gotten the DHR Evo for this reach adjustability position that I like. Other than that small gripe these have been awesome brakes and I would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone that has a normal lever reach positioning. Which again is 95% of riders out there.
They came with a hole in them and they took a 2 weeks after I paid for 3 business day shipping
had to take apart the caliper when i first put them on because they were clogged up with oil
